where can you find the weapon files like the ones in the m2demo\weapons\mp?

Create a new shortcut for iw4m.exe or LaunchIW4M.exe and change the target, at the end add -dump to it. Then make sure there's a folder called raw in your IW4M folder if you don't have one make it. Type in console /devmap mp_dome wait until the map loads and then close IW4M go to your raw folder and you will see everything there

or is it launchiw4m-dump.exe
