No friends on friend list

Hello, I have a problem

 

I have added my friend on Steam, I have also added him on here (fourdeltaone.net). I also have my steam account public, so does he but we can still not see eachother on our friend list.

 

So my question is if there is anything I can do

    Yes it was cancelled. SerPo is a nab. Anyways, this friends list is just a preview and doesn't work in majority of cases.
