I don't know if this was discussed before, but would it be very difficult to implement some kind of "scan" for:

Topic Titles and Posts.

e.g.: User1 creates new topic

name: "Hackers"

and then a pop-up appreas with the explanation of why there will always be hackers and blablabla...

There should be a filter for words like: torrent links, hacker, alterops, alterBF/fdBF3(or what so ever), and annoying stuff like this.

There should also be a note, that they will get a warning because of rule violation.

In additon:

User2 creates new topic

name: "help"

filter detects "help"

pop-up:"add more information about your problem in the title"

would this be even possible?

I remember aIW having it so that before posting a new topic in the support section, a pop-up would guide you to the common errors thread, it kept down the spam by a lot.

It also was ignored by the idiots who really needed to be informed of the existence of the FAQ. And there already is a filter that just filters out certain words.

Exaclty. Now I also remember it.

That was a mandatory pop up which always popped up. Fact remains that people could just click it away.
