I have got it now, can you help me set a server up or something for us to play on?

I could run a dedicated server for Cod4 for everyone to play on, if there's enough interest.

What does this have to do with NTA's IW4M project? IW4M has nothing to do with COD 4.

well cod4 is pretty good, someone could make an alteriwnet like cod4 client with possibly additional guns and maps?

So why post in the Projects\IW4M forum? No one's going to make a client like that because COD 4 doesn't connect to an account server. All stats are client side with no validation.

I think that cod 4 would be very popular because it is much more simple than the mw2 and there r weapons like m40a3(sniper rifle) and g36(i dont remember the whole name) which we cant play with in mw2,furthermore there r only 3 killstreaks(for a lot of people that is negative but for me is positive ) so personaly i think cod 4 can be very successful.

Why? i thought that they made the custom version of MW2 to get dedicated servers, console etc.. Why would you want to do that with cod4? it have all that stuff by default -.-'

It is able to play cod 4 by using garena but there r not dedicted servers also ussualy the ping is very high because the servers r made by players

I wonder out of curiosity whether cod4 legit has more players or cod4 cracked cd key.
