I would thank you, if you would instead of locking threads not in english, moving them to the corresponding regional forum, if that exists. Instead of just denying them help, move the post. The "not in proper english" rule, actually is listed as "Things to note:", and it also says posts won't be removed(I know locking=/= removing).

but how will they find their thread if we move it and they don't know where the regional forums is? when we lock it, atleast they will look for their forum. A better idea will be to link them to their reg forum and then locking the thread.

When you move the topic, you can leave a "shadow topic" in place.

Because you can't delete or move the shadow topic without doing the same with the original in the new forum, right?
