• fix some reported tissues:
  - OS compatibility (reverted to v100 toolset for now)
  - still-untested ingame chat fix
  - fixed commands not getting rebound when they should, and getting rebound when they shouldn't
  - remove experimental hudelem clearalltextafterhudelem

before this revisions(22,23,24) its also works in russian

________so i cheked other servs.. on some of them chat works in russian ok,and i think mb problem in serv i played(not only i have this problem on that serv),but before russian chat work on this serv, there i'm usually play.

somth like this ._.

You can't access it only certain users can (developers)

But this has already been implemented so LaunchIW5M and it should update..
