Is there a way to record from X-Fire while playing IW4M?

 

- I can't find a name in the X-Fire console under Not Installed games that is called "a popular FPS series: IW4 Multiplayer"

 

What can I do for fixing this problem, cause I really wanna play and record ..

You'd have to go to C:\ProgramData\Xfire\ and edit the xfire_games.ini to this:

Okay, just did - now what?

Save it, restart xfire, detect games, and it's there

Search the game manually and add it to xfire.

May be if you use this code 1:1 you should have an iw4m.exe. If you have not an iw4m.exe a) change iw4m.dat to iw4m.exe or change the code "DetectExe=iw4m.exe" to "DetectExe=iw4m.dat"

Not sure if editing the LauncherDirKey is nesessary but it certanly doesn't break it
