What YT user style is that, by the way? Not as if I like metadata on the right, however - I'm just wondering.

 

It's a Greasemonkey (for Chrome users, an additional add-on known as Tampermoney is required) script - http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/101753 - that pushes the description to the right side of the screen, and modifies the Related Videos and the comments.
