Are there really going to be licensed cars in the game or just some 'remakes'?

it looked like the audi symbol and it was the r8 shape, but the lights were off so i think they are just remakes

i also saw a Maserati and a bmw looking car

RGSC activation sadly doesn't include any piracy trap things; though they were only 'annoying' until the fed0r crack came along, which only took like 4 days or so.
