This was a great idea, however trying to mix together BF and CoD won't work unfortunately.

The style of maps in BF are well paired with the maps and the truth is that the 2 both have different play styles. This type of game mode just won't work on MW2 and don't get me started on the maps xd.

either way i think this wouldnt work because the COD maps are tiny compared to battlefield.

 

However. i do think this would work excellently on the upcoming map arcadia. or any of the campaign maps if they get ported.

you dont know what you are talking about. contingency IS ported from campagain and is huge map. so please read before you post -.-

I was not aware contigency was ported. sorry. never saw a video or any info on it for that matter.

No, we work independently from the developement team, which only consists of NTAuthority. lol

The release of the Rush gametype won't slow down or hold back the release of IW4M.

im editing one part of contingency for normal gameplay.. im also editing the new terminal(from no russian mission) and few other maps.. i would like to port it to one of them.. regards Klemen ;)

But how I have to imagine the destroying of the targets?

 

Destroying with grenades and other explosive stuff, or do you just have to stand around the target and wait for destroying. (Like HQ)

It's more or less the S&D style of destroying the bomb objectives. ;)

As no one volunteered to make the entities, I thought of bumping this again, to see if someone would like to do that :P

 

I would need someone to make the bombs for the default maps, or if you'd like; any SP map of your choice. (Contingency is already done)

 

Rush spawns are not necessarily on the default MP maps (as I've made the script use the normal MP gametype spawns, also keep in mind that the multiplayer map doesn't have that "tube structure" as SP maps tend to do) but it's up to you.
