The only way to play it is to download this exe file by by BaberZZ and yolarrydabomb, which included SP console: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/24492437/IW4/iw4sp.exe, place the file inside your iw4 folder.

Open the game using the new iw4sp, open the console ("~") and type "map co_hunted".

no, they probably didn't, you've just manually loaded it without the 2nd player check and as such there is no ac130 cover. it isn't secret at all.

I think it is another version because there are friendly bots and new objectives (look at video - target a, b, c, d).

In the ac130 version there wasn't any friendly bots and the only objective was to get to the extraction point.

I played that mission several times with friends and it didn't have friendly bots or "checkpoints".
