That should work,You running an old version which is causing this error,Use the link provided bu SerPo, install it and then use LaunchIW4M to start the game..

I do so and nothing .. It's the same thing.

Where did you downlaod the game?

Are you using a custom iw4m.dll?

If so the compiler may not have set the revision number correctly, or you're just using a really outdated version of 4D1. As others said just install with those files or try deleting caches.xml and running launchiw4m.exe
