everytime i quit, my profiles always back into default

so any changes i made, classes,killstreak,emblem etc, lost everytime i quit

What must i do ?

it's annoying to edit classes & everything everytime i play

We are asking if you have unlocked it?

If you have unlocked it your account is fine, if you haven't unlocked it your account is messed up and you will have to create another account..

Exactly the other way around. If you have unlocked it your account is a little messed up and you need to create another account OR try to relock it through PSE.
