Finally I have time to release this plugin.

Summary:

Hiders:

- Select a model available in the map and hide yourself

- You can rotate the model

- You can try to kill seekers with your knife

 

Seekers:

- Search and kill the hiders

- You can attach/detach a silencer to your weapon

- You can enable/disable acoustic sensor (if it's enabled server-side)

 

Fall damage is disabled.

Killstreaks are disabled.

Follow the instructions on the HUD for more informations.

 

Admin settings:

You can configure some settings in your server.cfg

seta scr_hns_hidetime 25 //While this countdown seekers have black vision and can not move. Hiders can move faster than usual
seta scr_hns_timelimit 3 //Timelimit in minutes
seta scr_hns_seekerhealth 280 //Health for seekers; 280 requires 3knife hits
seta scr_hns_seekersensor 0 //Enable/disable acoustic sensor for seekers (heartbeat-sensor-like)

Use this plugin with gametype Search & Destroy! This plugin disables the match rules data (.dsr file).

Hard to belive that's related to the script, since scripts usually reload on every map load, and even on fast_restart.

Double-check your dspl and related dsr files.

Shutdown thingy fixed.

 

The hider also appears as a human and that is inside the model.

Could anyone help me? It makes everyone visible and in the video, no one is visible, only the model.

I fixed the server shutdown but the hide thingy still does not work.

the script I reloaded the scripts each round change, not every map change, use the s & D_Default and one created by me and gives the same error

Oh and I forgot to mention that you can not use this plugin with momo5502's Welcome Message plugin or any other plugin that uses 'PrecacheShader' since there is a limit of 3 shaders you can precache and that limit is reached within this plugin. So any other plugin that uses 'PrecacheShader' will shutdown the server.

What do you mean? There shouldn't be any problem if you load the script only on selected maps. Just make sure it's S&D and you don't load any other plugins that use 'PrecacheShader'. Also note that match rules are disabled (patched) until you restart the server.

I used to run a hide and seek server on IW4M. It was always a lot of fun!
