It is the latest version AFAIK, the version number just isn't updated because it's customized.

Maybe you haven't downloaded them? Either that or it was a graphical bug that was not worth fixing.

we don't use build 1.4, more like a mish-mash of various other versions.

it's actually the menu files that are out of date
