I personally use intkeys nowadays; they may not be the cheapest, and at times slow (and don't even think of preordering there), but for the occasional key they're finee.

It supports Paypal, Moneybookers and Alertplay. I think you can even buy straight from debit/credit card, but I always avoid that option on all sites.

They are still in Beta till the end of this year, but they have already the best prices, 24 support and the cheapest prices I've ever seen! Really, I compare them to dlcompare and Kinguin.net is the best!

For me absolutely the best place to buy cd-keys is buy play, legal cd-keys and really cheap. I love it:P

So we have about 3 or 3,5 month between old and new message. I don't know how long are you working in internet and on various forums but 3 months is not long. The threat is considered as old one usually after 6 months or after 1 year after the last message and then it is usually put in the archive (at least it works like this on most of the forum to which I belong). Anyway I came, I wanted to tell something about cd-keys and I found this (open) topic which was not to old so I decided to write in it. Would it be better if i would just create new topic about cd-keys or sites with cd-keys for no reason?

Depends on the key you are buying.

I wouldn't buy NS2 from somewhere else other than Steam. It's about understanding how these sites work.

 

For example, it doesn't matter if you buy a COD4 key from them, because they have a physical copy in Russia and they photograph you the key. NS2 doesn't have a physical copy afaik and therefore no russian box.

I don't know which ultra slow forums you have been using lately, but in here any topic older than a month is usuallu not replied to anymore.

generally speaking, if it offers paypal, you can always get a refund. (via paypal, mind you)
