Hey all.

 

After I did the Update for my Servers the player count goes down from ~18 Players the whole day to ~0 Players..

I thought it was something with my root server but it's not my root server... I played today on my Server and after Map change the whole players got a timeout and had a Ping from -1

 

Is it possible to fix that or is that a Update fail becouse it's since few weeks and I don't know how to fix that^^

Try to not use DLC maps, as most people don't have them so when they are loaded, they just crash their client and time out of the server.

I don't think it's a DLC Problem becouse before I did the Server Update I had the same Maps as now and my Server was full all the day and after the Server Update my Server was empty all the day... They joined, played and after Map Change most of the Players have a Timeout.

 

My friend has every DLC Maps and he played with me and after Map Change he had a timeout and I was with 2 other guys playing and the rest had a timeout after 20 seconds...

actually i've got similar issues since the last update, can't connect to a single server is a download is running at the same time.

Well the most up-to-date revision doesn't allow aRev users to play. Maybe your player base was made up of a majority of aRev users?

That wont cause "timeout", its a proper anti-cheat kick.

Anyways it just sounds like it's a DLC map problem, since you said it doesn't happen until the map changes.

Is the server running any mods?

No mods installed, this happends only since I updated my Server...

Which log? There are two logs, console_mp log and games_mp Log...

Please upload both.

games_mp.log --> contains chat,mapchange and so on

console_mp.log --> all consolethings
