You do realise stopping power negates juggernaut effect so you deal 1.0x damage to them( I imply you are using stopping power as a second perk because most of people won't kill a single person without that )

Also, I find weapon balance in iw3 almost perfect(excluding g3 which is shit).

dude, realism and extended hitboxes effects(like when you shoot someone in his palm his weapon drops) won't work in ANY game. Try playing open warfare IW3 mod, it has those features.

 

(I like counter strike multipliers though)
