Recently I bought Palit GTX560 Ti Sonic 1GB. I run every game at maximum graphics. My PSU is 400W right now(I am going to change it to Cooler Master GX550). Sometimes my computer gets restarted . My friend bought a new computer too but with GT640 2GB. We both decided to run NFS Most Wanted 2. On my computer after 10 mins of gameplay it starts lagging but on his GT640 it works very good. Any idea what is it?

 

PS. I think its because either of the VideoRam or PSU.

This. GT640 is a slow, overpriced card.

Change the PSU, GTX 560 is better than GT 640.

Check if anything is overheating, also yes, your 560 ti is better.
