Hello everybody.

 

alterRev's infringing FDO's rights, what should we do about it?

I could start DDOSing them, i've got a server with a 1Gbit connection, currently used by 3 minecraft servers.

 

What would i need?

- Some linux/centos6 tools to DDOS, or just tell me how to use ping for DDOS

- Some support from other people

 

What have i got?

- Server (1Gbit)

- 3 Spare IP Adresses

 

It's just an idea, could i get some opinions?

FDO had a Steam check, so you couldn't play 4D1 without having the game on your Steam account.

Didn't actually check for a license, no openID method could do that.

If i was NTA i would do the same thing.......on 4d1 plays 300 players and on alterrev plays 1700 players...... this say everything!!

I've kept my mouth shut for a little while, but I'd like to say that your face should drop off your head from the shame you should experience. I don't even know how you have the guts to come here and defend the project you're part of, when without NTA and his thousands of hours of hard work you wouldn't be anywhere.

 

You should thank him, instead of blatantly stealing his work and the ideas coming from this community. Shame on you. And shame on your project. Learn to do something on your own. Learn to develop an original project without stealing content and ideas. Learn to be a man.
