I would like to know if there's any way to convert these demos I've recorded into avi/mp4-form, is this possible?

I mean w/o fraps being used, because on my PC iw4m+fraps is no good math, you see...

Anyways you could try lowering the timescale (say, 0.5) and recording at 30 fps and then speeding it up and see if it results in a smoother recording.
