Animals are here so that we (or the specimen above them on the trophic chain) can eat them, period. The only reason I see for a pig to live is to make it get fat, kill it, and then eat a nice piece of ham. Some animals are born just to be slaughtered and used to feed the human kind. And I don't see an issue on that. Animals have no rights, so no rights must be given to them at all.

Well, when it comes to eating pigs. I never eat them, why? Because they are filthy animals. They go all around in their poop that even if they washed up 500,888,932,145 times, I would not eat them. Meat from cows, on the other hand, is good, more healthy and they taste so good. For the inhuman part of butchering animals, As the title says, "Face reality." As we are humans, they were made for us to eat, but butchering them for no reason sucks. These animals were made for us, since obviously we are the ones with brains that actually work UNLESS.... Very simply we are a lot . The human race reaches 7 billion and we need a lot of food , if we don't eat cows , pigs , chickens and fish , what will we eat . Farming can't feed 7 billion people , we just don't have the space to do that . Give me a solution that can feed the entire world and not taste like shit and i will consider it but these videos about cruelty and such , are by stupid people that don't understand that it is either treating animals like that or let people die of starvation.

 

And by the way my pets don't have rights but I do. When i legally make them my property and you hurt them you are committing a crime against my property and by extension me. So if someone was to come into my house and try to hurt my dog , my dad would probably pull out his .357 and shot them in the face.
