As I have tried creating my own dedicated server, which, unfortunately, no-one can see in the public-server-list, I am interested to know what is needed for my server to be 'visible'... (you know what I mean).

 

So do I need to buy a server, make sum setups, or what?

 

I'm just curious, if I need €/£/$ to buy something, then I'm completely sure I even won't do it...

But I'd just like to know...

 

(I saw an iSnipe server called Woody's Server, that's why I ask...)

Its because you haven't port forwarded correctly or either your firewall is blocking your ports

Also note that most people can't see their servers from their own computers, so when troubleshooting you'll probably want to ask a friend to look instead.

As i said earlier, the only possible reason for your 'dedicated server' not showing up is because your haven't forwarded port or its being blocked by your firewall.
