Download the downloadable-content from TPB/Google ? Then just copy the .iwd's into /main/ and the .ff's into /zone/dlc.

This wasn't after i installed the nuketown DLC's and the IW4M Nuketown Package it comes out like this

Go to options>advanced video>Texture Quality>Automatic or set it to low, both work.
