I'm on MS Windows XP Professional SP3 and I have installed .NET Framework 3.0, 4.0 and 4.0 extended. I'm running it as administrator. Idk if servers are down because the status page doesn't work. I am trying to launch it where I have my server files so that i can install the DLC packs for the server. I don't want to play the game in this PC, I only want to run the server. This error shows up:

EDIT: I can't uninstall .NET Framework 2.0, an error shows up. Is it necessary to do so?

Idk what the hell happened, but now my PC doesnt boot ok, I have to run it in Safe Mode. I give up on XP, gonna try on Windows 7. Question is: can I use the same files for the server AND the game itself?
