also i checked the ports and they are open why cant i see my server??

most probably the one starting with 192.168.X.X

So you established connection to your own server (it starts loading map fast files etc) and then you get some kind of error?

If yes, what kind of error?

it finish loads and spawns map and i cant connect via ip or serverbrouser its not listed

Seems like it should be working now,If you are unable to connect to your server make sure you add port exceptions to the windows firewall/router firewall.

but i cant connect via ip

You have to add the server's port on connect command.

Example:

connect 192.168.1.50:27015

I think all the explanations are included in portforward.com. Where it tells u how to open your ports, there are also links helping u with ur ip.
