also i fixed my problem by changing power options to high performance

somehow it works fine right now.

So it happen to me and a friend, it was working good before. Just like that Chrome become slow, slow at fresh start, slow at loading a single tab and multiples one.

Yeah, I use chrome for some time now, switched from firefox. An never had problem before. The issue fixed itself a few hours later.
