Don't worry, the files are harmless. Just delete them along with your config_mp.cfg and everything should be back to normal.

If you would have used the latest update of 4D1 it shouldn't have effected you as it only targets aRev, however, due to a bug, 4D1 got infected as well. Sorry for the inconvenience.

but i already totally deinstalled the game and installed it again, and it still occurs??

Where is your players folder installed?

Find your players folder, and delete config_m2.cfg, then start the game. Also NP server is down atm.

(Your players folder might be located in /appdata/local/Activision)

the players folder is in C:\Program Files (x86)\CoD and its empty, there are no configs there. also not in appdata/local/ activision...

DO NOT JOIN THEIR SERVERS! THEY PUT A VIRUS IN YOUR COMPUTER AND CORRECT UP EVERYTHING!! Specifically a Trojan virus.

how do i remove it then?

Copied this from aRev.

Hi alterRev community,

I imagine some of you have seen the hedgehogscience.com server, don't enter on it.

They put trojan in your game folder.

If you goes into one of this server go in your mods folder

Go to mods>mods>hedgehogscience.com

You'll have something like this :

That are the trojan

ERASE ALL HEDGEHOGSCIENCE.COM FROM YOUR COMPUTER (Use ctrl+del)

DELETE YOUR CONFIG_MP.CFG, it contain a DDOSS command which attack our master server

Oh shutup you put a specific DDoS command on 4D1. Fags. And so you also want to a childish attack on aRev when NTA said not to do anything like that. You and your friends are just scrubs, you should be ashamed.

Опубликовано:
BUT WHY ARE YOU DOING IT!?!? NTA doesn't want us to do things like that. It's shows how childish most of you are. Also WHY is there a specific DDoS command for 4D1?

These files are NOTHING, yes thats right, these are to get all the guilt on aRev, everyting the mod does is DoS aRev and null's your IWD's if its enabled in the mod settings, so dont worry about your computers nabs

For some reason I never installed the hook to fix this.

r95 patches this (once again).
