[REQ] TUT on adding more master servers

Опубликовано:

Hi,

I've seen some people in the forums talking saying that you can add more master servers to go in the legacy server thingy. But can someone do a tut on how to do it exactly (if it is indeed possible). Thanks. (btw I have the svn/code)

sv_master dvars for sending heartbeat, if you want to show them in serverlist go patchmw2serverlist.cpp

NET_StringToAdr( "master.alterrev.net", &to );
to.type = NA_IP;
to.port = htons(20810);
strcpy(command, "getservers IW4 142 full empty");
NET_OutOfBandPrint(NS_SERVER, to, command);

NET_StringToAdr( "server.iw4play.de", &to );
to.type = NA_IP;
to.port = htons(20810);
strcpy(command, "getservers IW4 142 full empty");
NET_OutOfBandPrint(NS_SERVER, to, command);

NET_StringToAdr( "YOUR_SERVER_ADDRESS", &to );
to.type = NA_IP;
to.port = htons(20810);
strcpy(command, "getservers IW4 142 full empty");
NET_OutOfBandPrint(NS_SERVER, to, command);

add like this.

they will show as 'legacy' and filtering works...
