go to promod server -,-...most of players disabled weather effects and smokes like that .....its legal....zxz000 by himself made promod settings ...

Open console and write clientSideEffects 0. It's a dvar. But it's probably cheat protected, if it is then you're not able to change it without a mod.

Yes, it's 'legal' as everyone has that 'ability', giving yourself advantage over others is something we don't allow.

It isn't cheat protected in a way as it is in other le popular fps series.
