My friend has lag on the lowest settings possible somewhat about 10-30 fps. Makes no sense.. any help?

GPU: GTX675M 4GB GDDR5

OS: Windows 8

Screen: 1920x1080

HDD: 750GB 7200RPM

You are supposed to launch the game with this :

To add "-d3d9", just create a shortcut of "LaunchIW4M" and add this in the properties, like this :

 

I am on latest update of game, using -D3D9 in propteries but still my FPS is now unstable from 250/333 i recive about 150-170, need help.

You can try without too, like I said.

Also : More than +80 FPS IS WAAAAAAAAY enough to play, so please, consider that some people have worst FPS issues.

How can you have 121 if you had 122 yesterday? That doesn't make any sense.
