I can't find any game client download link.

 

I just found "modern warfare 2 multiplayer only mp-rip" but the link is dead.

 

not sure if "modern warfare 2 full-rip or repack" works with 4D1

 

Can someone give me a download link please ?

Download MW2 Game from some source and then just put the IW4M Client files and run it.

Should work, but the aIW Rip doesn't have the singleplayer files afaik (and you'd need them for ported SP maps).
