So yea i played 4D1 at a mates house for about 3 hours and loved it, i playes it at his because my comp is being fixed but yea its fucking awesome and i had tones of fun but now i have some questions

Is there some sort of fps uncapper? becuase i feel like my comp would be able to do well over 91fps

are there diffrent versions of 4D1 for diffrent games? like cod 4 and black ops 1?

1 Yes, I think there is an FPS-uncapper in the game. It was something like max_fps-command. Just search for "fps" and you'll find it in the in-game console.

2 FourDeltaOne's current projects are these. Nothing more, atleast atm. Currently no T modifications.

3 The anti-Cheat is included into these two projects, iw4m and iw5m. Afaik, this forum isn't the correct place to report, try the servers own forums...

Also; for your anti-Cheat-question: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=10438

This should help you out :)
