The Watch Dogs demo played at PS4's conference was running on playstation, I'm not saying PS4 since the console wasn't showed; but we can see the respective sony's playstation icon as of square and cross during the gameplay.

On the other hand, the Watch Dogs demo presented at last E3, was indeed running on a high end PC.

And yes, Watch Dogs will be available for PS3, PS4, XBOX360 (and maybe for future one), Wii U and PC

Not really. You can't beat the hardware with a PC for that price atm. Also, anyone working at a shop can tell you consoles are sold for a really low price, the manufacturers gain little to no profit from these sales.

Game licenses/sales, that's what they gain their profit from.
