for the cod4 hand thing i cant find the characters folder.

 

the p90 in mw2 looks a bit weird due to all the features on the default one. can we somehow take the torch off the side of it.

For the usmc hands:

Go to maps\mp\gametypes, open _rank.gsc, and add to init():

precacheModel("viewhands_usmc");

and add to OnPlayerSpawned():

self setViewModel("viewhands_usmc");

how ever way i try it comes up with some 'bad syntax" shit.
