Just been looking into codtv recently, a mod made for cod4 to do "smooths", "fly-by's" w/e you want to call it. I'm just wondering if it's actually possible to port the code/make a replica for mw2. I'm pretty sure due to the download support we can, even though I'm unsure if we even need external files rather than just raw gsc code. I looked into the mod.ff from codtv and it was all on one line or, compressed so I wouldn't really be able to sort it out myself but someone might..

If you're interested or can help out visit http://codtv.org and download the mod and see what you can do :)

Doesn't LCE/LSE effects do this?

It's no way near as good. You also can't modify the Z axis or change the points if you screw up. You can have infinite points rather than being restricted to 4096 dvars (with lceffects, or w/e the limit is). You can also modify the points and change the time to anything you desire. It has a lot of other useful features and would benefit quite a few people. setviewpos is also very buggy so lceffects is practically useless on 4d1 anyway.
