it's there, you just don't see the .ini ending

Try clicking on compatibility files in the game folder. Should make it appear, works to unhide my players folder and whatnot in the COD4 folder.

i can't tell if you're being sarcastic.

My game works fine without an iw4m.exe in my game folder.

Game = iw4m.dat

Launcher = LaunchIW4M.exe

Old game/1337 people = iw4m.exe

Also, I've been meaning to ask, does the launcher pass arguments on to the game (like --dump and --console)?
