if i can suggest some artits then ->supercell, draw the emotional/yuyoyuppe, Exit Tunes and the youtube channel vocaloidmist.

The best things in this genre (imo) are: since it's japan it isn't effected by the USA, basicly even the poorest person can become famous if he's talent, unique.
