Well, you don't know a lot.

A lot of servers that are "4D1" servers also have sv_master2 set to alterrev, what allows them to join the server, meaning cheaters can join the server aswell. You have 3 options:

a)use /votekick partofthename(4d1 server feature)

b)kindly ask admin to stop supporting arev players

c)quit the server

The best options: "C"... because it is rarely admin on the server.

I don't think they are capable of doing this, because they don't have nickname-bound xuidsystem, so they cant ban him by just knowing the name.

Also, you should really try to use /voteban. It works on almost every 4D1 server

Why don't you just contact the admins for the server you played on? They can at least ban him locally.

Contact admins of the server.

Or use /votekick or /voteban

Or leave the game.

Easy as that. And we don't accept cheat reports.
