Yes Im Sure, And By Reseted My Computer, iMean Set It To Factory Settings, Nd i Re-Downloaded Steam, Am I Suppose To Install The Mw2 Launcher To Steam?

Well you need to have a shortcut to your iw4m.exe

i do ,if you look at the picture i have it named a "Server"

 

Nd When iStart The Shortcut It Shows That Message On The Picture

Create a shortcut of iw4m.exe and right click the shortcut, select properties and paste this line at the end of the target line.

Note its not iw4mp.exe
