Delete any executable file that you got on that folder (it's outdated)

Then extract this -> http://iw5.prod.fourdeltaone.net/files/dsut.zip to your server's folder and run dsut.exe

Finally, either rename iw4m.dat to iw4m.exe, or launch the server with a batch like this:

start %installdir%iw4m.dat -dedicated +set party_maxplayers 18 +set net_port 28961 +exec server.cfg +map_rotate

server config updated.

Is your server running on your pc? If yes use your internal IP...

port forwarding doesnt work at all on our router.

Can your friend see the server on the list, or is he trying to join by using connect command?

Also, make sure that your friend is using the updater FourDeltaOne client.

You don't register yourself as admin. What you just set there is only for people to see who's the admin when they query your server.

On your server.cfg, you got a line wich says "set rcon_password". That's where you set your server's admin password.

Then, while playing on your server, you open the console and type:

/rcon login "pass"

then (for example)

/rcon fast_restart

Another option is to use b3

Create a shortcut of iw4m.exe and then right click the shortcut, select properties and paste this line at the end of the "target line".
