Can I run MW2 with fullscreen windowed like you can in MW3.

 

I remember some program from aIW called Game Maximizer, does that give the same effect? And I couldn't find it anywhere so if some of you have it, can you plz upload it

No border, but that can be toggled by r_noborder or so (not sure if that is the exact command, but it is along those lines).
