- reinstall IW4M

- reinstall Modern Warfare 2

- update DirectX

- update your video card drivers

- lower some graphics settings (don't think that this'd work)

On my onboard GPU, my textures from my body/gun would stretch to certain other textures, such as other people or flowers, even books.

 

I reinstalled drivers a couple times and got it fixed.

 

(The reason I was using my onboard GPU was my PSU wasn't powerful enough to cope with the GPU because, it was a cheap/bad GPU and it would run, but eventually just crash and reboot and repeat).

I updated the drivers, but nothing.. Maybe downgrading them? what do you say?
