Do you mean that if someone opens a file or something with notepad and goes to the line 145126 then replaces the value there with 37008, it will do something? Or is it opened with an hex editor, at address 0x236E6 and replacing the next 2 bytes with nop nop, then it does something? Either way, can you explain where that is even relevant compared to this:
