Do you really think that the VAC ban keeps anyone from playing or even cut down on cheating? No, its about money, plain and simple. They sell more licenses, thus more money. Otherwise they would focus their efforts on making their system far more difficult to hack, but why should they? They can catch and ban without explanation and effectively rob you of the value of what you purchased. They'll say that they haven't but really, how many times do you want to play the campaign?

I got banned from MW3 during the days when my account was stolen, and it's not important that someone used aimbot or whatever from my stolen account, i dont have any option to have ban lifted. VacLogic 2012.
