This is probably due to the game (IW4M) not connecting to IWNet anymore. It's not caused by your connection and it shouldn't be a problem.

(Correct me if I'm wrong.)

    This is the most common issue in the Steam version of MW2. Since NTA can't emulate IWNet, it will remain as the Steam server and stick with the Strict NAT. Don't worry. This is merely a bug and will not affect your performance online.
