Moreover, you should add to the OP that these two controls are bound in the sub-menu 'Controls -> Actions'.

just disable server votekick and use b3's votekick.

^ But still it'd be nice to have the 4D1 vk/vb with some extended capabilities as the b3 votekick plugin's got some issues. After like every 3-4 days, whenever someone would start a votekick, it'd say "A vote is already in progess, wait for it to finish". And then a b3 restart fixes it.

When I type on serve r !register, it puts me in group.. but then after that, when I write let's say !list, or anything else , server telly me that I don't have enough credits or something, I don't remember exactly..

On-topic: the !register command simply puts you into group level: 1. And the !list command is for level: 20 players by default on b3. So, if you're the server owner, change it from admin.cfg, if just a player on the server, then contact the owner so he may make it accessible to lower levels.
