IW5M Launch error

When i move the Launch "IW5M.exe" and "DbNetwork" Files to my Mw3 Reloaded Folder and start it it says "LaunchIW5M has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the Inconvenience" So i was wondering if theres a way that i can just gut the files and drag them into the Mw3 folder.

Pc Specs:

Win XP Home Edition x32

3.00 RAM

90 GB

It worked before on my old Pc but it doesn't want to work anymore
