[Help] Disk not showing up after BSOD!

Опубликовано:

Well, I tried making two partitions into one, didn't go so well, actually, I didn't even do anything, I started the program installation and I immediately got a BSOD after I clicked the install thingy.

Anyway, I've got important information on that disk, and my PC seems to detect it, but I have no way of making it accessible.

Note, I've already tried using the change letter and paths thing, it gives me an error that the disk management thingy isn't up to date, so I refreshed it, and restarted my PC, still the same thing, also the disk didn't die, it's running on the same HDD, just in two partitions.

Anyway, here's the pix, K is an external HDD for recording games, and C is my Windows partition, the 193,83GB one is the one I need restored.

right click the partition, and press extend volume, the default amount on the wizard is the full size of the partition so just leave it, report back with any thing that you find :)

Yeah, actually, I fixed it.

Windows stopped working too, couldn't re-install it, two days later I tried disconnecting a USB flash drive and my external HDD from the USB slots and it seems to be working now. I'll be buying an SSD now anyway.
