IW5MP sever doesnt respond on startup

As the title says the IW5MP sever doesnt respond on startup i don't know why :( could anyone help me i tired to open it many times already but it doesn't works i still got no idea what happen it used to work before without any problem then suddenly i need to close the sever for some reason and tired to opened again in the VPS doesn't works

 

- sorry if this is a simple question or something stupid but i don't really know how to fix it :/
